Justin Harrer (SHS Class of 2015). Powerful, Driven, Versatile.
Justin Harrer’s career at Sisters High School stands as a model of dedication, talent, and
leadership. A three-sport athlete all four years, he was named Athlete of the Year in both
2014 and 2015 for his excellence in soccer, basketball, and baseball. On the soccer pitch, he
earned First Team All-League three times and All-State honors twice, including First Team
All-State and Sky-Em Player of the Year as a senior. He helped lead the Outlaws to the 2013
State Championship, establishing himself as one of the school’s fiercest competitors. On the
basketball court, he was a three-time letter winner and All-League his junior year.
In baseball, Justin was a four-year varsity letterman, earning First Team All-League three
times, All-State honors twice, and recognition as Oregon 4A State Player of the Year and
Sky-Em Player of the Year in 2015 during one of SHS baseballs greatest runs. Drafted by
the San Diego Padres (2015), he chose instead to attend Washington State University,
where he earned All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention (2017) and ranked 8th in program history
for career home runs. After earning a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology,
Justin was drafted again by the Pittsburgh Pirates (2018) and competed professionally before
retiring in 2021.
Now an Account Executive at ProService Hawaii, Justin continues to excel by driving new
business and building strong client relationships. He remains an example of the Outlaw
spirita talented athlete, dedicated leader, and professional whose passion and integrity
continue to inspire.
